Bill Haley and the 4 Aces Of Western Swing - Too Many Parties And Too Many Pals / Four Leaf Clover Blues (1948)
Ironically, considering this is Haley's first single, he doesn't take lead vocals on either track.

Couldn't remove the price tag from the A-side without tearing the label.

Bill Haley Y Sus Cometas - Mish-Mash Monkey / Madreo Y Ganto (1964)
A side is more frequently circulated under the shorter title "Mish-Mash", including by Orfeon on album releases. Side B is a.k.a. "Washington Square". Date is likely 1964.

As I write this, this is the only Orfeon 78 indexed, but most likely numerous other Orfeon 45s also received 78 rpm release.

Red Raven Orchestra - Tootles The Tug / The Little Red Engine (1956)
@LaurenceD Thanks for the full-disc scans. Frustratingly my scanner bed is too small for me to do that (the reason why I haven't been able to submit 12-inch album cover scans elsewhere on 45 Worlds).

Oral Roberts - A Personal Message And Prayer For You / God Is A Good God (1957)
FYI although I chose to focus on the label rather than the wax for the scan, the dark rim visible around the A-side label scan is actually pretty much how much run-off/dead wax that side allows. The B-side is normal.

Bob Towers, The Peter Pan Orch. And Chorus - The Ballad Of Davy Crockett / Red River Valley (1955)
I just obtained a copy of this with the variant label and B-side reported by Montreal88. I'll create a new entry for this owing to the fact it had a different B-side. Perhaps whoever was keeping track of Peter Pan's catalog numbers goofed.

Unfortunately as with 12", my scanner is too small to handle a proper scan of this release, so if anyone can jump in, please do!

Also released as a 10" on Peter Pan 2259 with two additional songs on side B (Get Along Little Dogie/Polly Wally Doodle).

Bill Haley And The Saddlemen - Green Tree Boogie / Down Deep In My Heart (1951)
For those wanting to see what the B-side of the promo copy looks like, it was actually featured in an ad for a live performance by the Saddlemen in 1951: https://www.instagram.com/p/BpXBE9DFH76 (I don't know if we're allowed to use the image here, and it's partially obscured and also quite low-resolution even if we are.)

Esquire Boys - We Drifted Apart / Caravan (1952)
The Esquire Boys were led by Danny Cedrone, who is best remembered for playing the guitar solo on Bill Haley's Rock Around the Clock. I believe it was because of his involvement with the Esquire Boys that Cedrone didn't join Haley full-time, and was absent from most of Haley's recording in 1952-53. Sad story with this single is Caravan was primed to be the band's breakthrough hit, and then it was covered by Ralph Marterie's Orchestra and it became the hit instead. I don't think the group ever recovered. One of their best known recordings is their version of Bill Haley's composition Rock-a-Beatin Boogie, which they recorded several years before Haley himself did.

Same Saddlemen as Bill Haley's group. It's a shame Haley never released a single of his version of Rose of My Heart.

Bill Haley - Birth Of The Boogie / Mambo Rock (1955)
Is it confirmed that the label is Decca? The catalogue number seems to conform with the Omega label listings for other 78s.

Bill Haley And His Comets - See You Later Alligator / The Paper Boy (1956)
Interesting to see the later labels state "The Paper Boy" was from the Rock Around the Clock movie, which is incorrect.

Bill Haley And His Comets - Happy Baby / Dim, Dim The Lights (I Want Some Atmosphere) (1954)
What's the source on Happy Baby being the A-side? Every Haley discography I've ever seen including the Billboard review shows Dim Dim the Lights as the A-side.

Original TV Voices - Songs Of The Flintstones (1961)
What's cool about this release is the A-side was not actually the theme song for The Flintstones at the time this came out - that was Rise and Shine, the B-side (though this version of R&S has sung lyrics while the TV version was instrumental). I recall reading (possible in the liner notes to a Flintstones soundtrack CD that included the Golden Records version of Meet the Flintstones) that the popularity of the A-side led to the decision to take "Meet the Flintstones" (which I believe had just been instrumental background music up to this point) and promote it to opening theme, though a new version was used. I think another reason why Rise and Shine went away was it was identical, melodically, to "Overture", the theme from the Bugs Bunny Road Runner Show. Both shows debuted at almost the same time so the similarity is generally considered a coincidence, but Rise and Shine was still stripped from syndicated versions of the Flintstones for the next 30 years until restored versions of the early episodes began to circulate in the 90s (though its melody remained as incidental music in many episodes).

Buffalo Bob, The Princess And The Gang, Mitchell Miller And Orchestra - The Laughing Song / John J. Fedoozle (1955)
Added scans for the generic sleeve my copy was in. I don't think the 1953 date on the rear of the sleeve means anything; that was probably just when the generic sleeve was produced.

Sam Lanin's Dance Orchestra - If I Had You / In The Light Of My Baby's Eyes (1929)
I don't believe the 1890 date on this is correct. For one thing, Banner Records was founded in 1922.

The Sandpipers - The Circus On Parade (Part 1) / The Circus On Parade (Part 2) (1962)
@W.B.lbl And I just found a YouTube video of one of these 6-inchers featuring the theme from My Favorite Martian. I honestly thought the 78 format, especially the 6-inch ones Golden did, weren't done past the mid-1950s as they were replaced by 45s. Interesting. (They also did a straight 45 of this release too.)

Has anyone played this to confirm that this is in fact a 4-track release? I have the American version on Golden and I only see a single track in each side.

The Sandpipers - The Circus On Parade (Part 1) / The Circus On Parade (Part 2) (1962)
Would a record like this have been released in 1962? As I mention in the notes, according to Wikipedia (citing Turner Classic Movies), the film was to have been made in the early 1950 but was delayed. Is it possible this record was issued to promote a movie that never got made? If not, and it did come out in 1962, it must have been one of the last of its kind.

Bill Haley mit Haley's Comets - Crazy Man, Crazy / Whatcha Gonna Do (1954)
Interesting that, while the US Decca insisted on labelling Haley's records as "fox trot", it was the German version of the label that actually came up with a term that came closer to rock and roll.

Anne Lloyd, Mike Stewart, Mitchell Miller And Orchestra - Eustis, The Useless Rabbit / The Animals' Dance (Jig-A-Long) (1953)
Added scan of the rear sleeve, which also shows the record's date as 1953 not 1954. Correction submitted. My candidate for best kid's song title ever.

Sonny Dae And His Knights - (We're Gonna) Rock Around The Clock / Moving Guitar (1954)
@Pridesale - Or a B-side label scan? Although the a-side is pretty easy to find and has been included in compilations, even bigtime Haley collectors and fans have been unable to get their hands on Moving Guitar. I personally have never seen an image of the b-side.

The Down Homers - Baby I Found Out All About You / Boogie Woogie Yodel (1947)
Although John Haley, Bill's son, wrote that his father was on these recordings, this is now known to be erroneous. However several radio recordings of Haley with the band were unearthed about 15 years ago and were released by Bear Family - including one or two of the songs featured on the two singles.

Bill Haley And His Saddle Men - Why Do I Cry Over You? / I'm Gonna Dry Ev'ry Tear With A Kiss (1950)
Just to add to information posted about the unissued recordings, they were "Loveless Blues" and "Teardrops From My Eyes." "Teardrops" was a cover of the R&B song by Ruth Brown, but with a country-western flavour. Going by the original definition of Rock 'n' Roll being the mashup of Country & Western with Rhythm & Blues, this recording (which has been released on compilations by Bear Family and other labels) actually predates Haley's 1951 version of "Rocket 88," which is often considered the first recording to meet the CW + RB criteria definition for first-generation Rock 'n' Roll. "Teardrops" is also a far better performance (as was "Loveless Blues") than the two tracks Atlantic did issue. They weren't bad recordings, but if they had to pick two songs to put out as a single, I think they chose the wrong ones, personally.

Bill Haley - Dance With A Dolly (With A Hole In Her Stockin') / Rockin' Chair On The Moon (1952)
Found at a flea market. Unable to purchase because the vendor wanted too much, but I noted the details, including the bizarre way Haley is credited. Edit: Although there is debate as to what the first rock and roll record was, this release can make the case for being the first such release in Canada, unless someone identifies a Canadian pressing of an earlier recording, such as either Haley or Jackie Brenston's versions of Rocket 88.
