 To get a real feel for Harry (The Hipster) Gibson in his full glory, check out BigBadBluesMan's post of the Soundie film clip version of 4F Ferdinand The Frantic Freak. You get a healthy serving of the outrageous mugging that was such a big part of his "on the edge of insanity" act and you get the added bonus of piano work that must be near Gibson's best ever. If you like, you can compare that version to the record's, which BigBadBluesMan has also posted. The record version is actually 13 seconds longer, but I think the Soundie version swings more and is eminently more entertaining for having a visual element.

 This single was included (along with 290, 291 & 292) in the Boogie-Woogie In Blue album. It was also reviewed, and apparently sold, separately.
