 The Curtis Bay Coast Guard Philharmonicas, later Philharmonica Trio, were Harmonica players Joseph Pittello, William Charles Pittello, and Harry Henry Halicki. A later picture of them when they had formed a harmonica sextet ("The Philharmonicas") and a video are available here.

There's also picture of them in Billboard Jan. 24, 1948, page 17.
