Hi, yes i can understand that.
I've just tried searching just "PinF" in Discogs and three similar Pink Floyd entries come up...
PinF1 00628 - Animals
PinF1 00629 - Dark Side Of The Moon
PinF1 00630 - Wish You Were Here
and all three are marked as unofficial Russian releases so i think it would be safe to make Russia the country on this one, for now anyhow (you never know if other information may come to light in the future;)

 I got the information from there, but I don't see anywhere on the packaging showing any Russian language or attributions like you see on other similar Russian releases. I was wondering if this Discogs entry didn't have this attributed to Russia properly, which is why I set it to "unknown". Though perhaps the code should corrected to be "PinFl 00628" instead of just the number.

 I wonder if it's this one, (same matrix No.) if so, it appears to be a Russian unofficial release.
