No idea why Nettwork put out a promo sampler 2 years after the album's release. Maybe they were trying to establish Wintersong as an annual seller like the Christmas albums by Mariah Carey and Enya?
23skidoo 28th Jul 2024		CD Album Demi Lovato - Holy Fvck (2022)	I bet the songwriters appreciate the fact their contributions are now uncredited (URL printed in the inlay now redirects to a page related to Lovato's most recent album). I generally expect such information to be lost after 5-10 years, but it hasn't even been 2. I'm not going to go hunting for the credits so if someone has a source for them, please feel free to add them in.

23skidoo 11th Jul 2024		CD Album Johnny Cash With June Carter And The Carter Family - Longing For Old Virginia (2015)	What is the source for this being labelled a bootleg? I didn't put that down when I indexed the CD, which I purchased at either HMV or Wal-Mart, neither of which carry such things.

23skidoo 30th Jun 2024		CD Album Tori Amos - To Venus And Back (1999)	My Canadian pressing of this has Concertina as Track 3 on Disc 1, with the rest of the songs (so Disc 1 has 11 tracks, not 10). Is the US edition missing this track, or was this an indexing error? Note the European edition has the track. I can't submit a correction without verification as sometimes different countries have different track order.

I linked it anyway to the US one due to having the same UPC and cover but if someone wants to unlink as they aren't identical I have no objections.

These are just a few of the errors: 1. Freedman (not Friedman) 5. Guidry (not Guildry) 6. Pingatore (not Frank; that's just his first name) 13. Haley, Keefer, Keefer (not Keesed) 16. Haley (not Halley)

23skidoo 25th May 2024		CD Album Billie Eilish - Hit Me Hard And Soft (2024)	Although pressed in the EU, this is the pressing being sold retail in Canada. Don't know about the US. I didn't specify May 17 as release date as it didn't appear in stores until May 23 so it's possible the HMV version was an advance release.

23skidoo 1st Dec 2023		CD Album Annie Lennox - Bare (2003)	Regular issue has Cat# 82876-52350-2. Both it and this version has info on the back for a DVD (the NTSC reference). I put it in my computer hard drive and there's nothing that comes up other than the music so I'm not sure what's going on here.
23skidoo 14th Nov 2023		CD Album Elvis Presley - Collectors Gold (1991)	Track 3-10 (Introductions by Elvis) includes an unlisted performance of "Happy Birthday to You". Aside from being a rare performance by Elvis, its inclusion unlisted like this is surprising as the song was still in copyright at the time this set was released.
23skidoo 12th Nov 2023		CD Album Van Morrison - Accentuate The Positive (2023)	Much as I like the irony of a release on a label called "Exile" having no country of origin indicated, most likely it's Europe like Morrison's other Exile issues. But as no country is indicated, I had to put "unknown country." But if someone can tell (from the barcode most likely) its region of origin, please correct accordingly.

23skidoo 2nd Nov 2023		CD Album The Beatles - Anthology 3 (1996)	Now we know why this third volume doesn't begin with a Beatles reunion track - it was supposed to lead with Now and Then, but the technology available at the time didn't allow for John Lennon's demo vocal to be brought up to standards. Of course fast forward to 2023 and the tech allowed Now and Then to finally be completed and released. I wonder if there might someday be a new edition of Anthology 3 with Now and Then included, completing the original vision for the Anthology trilogy?
23skidoo 1st Nov 2023		CD Album Ellie Goulding - Delirium (2015)	This isn't marked on the disc or label, but when I put the 2nd disc into my PC CD drive it was identified as "Target Deluxe Edition". Which would make this a bit of an oddity as Target was only around for about a year in Canada.
23skidoo 15th Oct 2023		CD Album All Saints - All Saints (1997)	The Canadian pressing that came out a year later is interesting owing to the big differences in the songwriting credits, with a number of names added that were omitted from the European issues. Someone goof, I wonder? Track 7 is also replaced on the Cdn release.

23skidoo 9th Aug 2023		CD Album The Tourists - Should Have Been Greatest Hits (1984)	Seeing as this was a 1984 release, right when Eurythmics were arguably at their pinnacle, I'm surprised there isn't something on the inlay cover promoting the fact these were early Annie Lennox/Dave Stewart recordings. At least the Camden collection, Greatest Hits (q.v.) had their faces on the inlay cover.

23skidoo 18th Jul 2023		CD Album Various Artists - The Greatest Rock And Roll Show On Earth (1993)	This isn't in the notes, but these are taken from the soundtrack of the Nashville Network TV series Rock n' Roll Palace, some episodes of which have been released to DVD. For anyone who is interested, "The Comets" here is one of the post-Haley reunion groups, led by Al Rappa and John Lane, not Haley himself.
