leonard 10th Dec 2015		CD Album The Beasts Of Bourbon - Sour Mash (1988)	Lee, I know there is a German made version of this. i sold a lot in my record shop, but I doubt if it has the same barcode. If so the red eye release must be made international, otherwise we have a red eye from Europe. The buzzcocks should be International as you entered it correctly first.
leonard 10th Dec 2015		CD Album The Beasts Of Bourbon - Sour Mash (1988)	I think it's really simple: if something has the same catalog number and barcode we place things together, if not they get a seperate entry. For the country we choose where the label is from: Red Eye is Australian, but there can (and will be) also European entries if barcode and/or catnumbers differ. Ace and Edsel are from the UK, Bear Family is from Germany although all three can be obtained all over the world. There are no strict rules, the only way to avoid such discussions is to have no country designation at all and only look at products as such.

leonard 7th Dec 2015		CD Album Mazzy Star - Among My Swan (1996)	Italian made cd's were sold across the continent, because they were mucher cheaper to buy for a wholesaler, recordchain etc. If a cd is made in France, Germany, Holland, the Czech republic, Italy or even the UK and if it has the same cat# and barcode, it's the same product and should be under one entry as has been done in most cases. Please don't make things more complicated than they are already.

From the numero website: From 1958 to 1993, Thomas and Louise Boddie’s industrious Boddie Recording Company issued nearly 300 albums and 45s, recorded 10,000 hours of tape, and remained in operation longer than any other studio, pressing plant, or label group in the history of Cleveland. Long forgotten even by the standards of the chronically overlooked northeastern Ohio music scene, Boddie was a fusion of its owner’s engineering genius and his limited economic means, its DIY recording studio housed in a humble barn, churning night and day to capture the sounds emanating from Cleveland’s east side neighborhoods. The 58 tracks on these three CDs (or 65-track 5LP) represent the best of the Boddies’ in-house Soul Kitchen, Luau, and Bounty labels, which released an unspoiled treasure trove of kitchen-sink eccentric soul, fuzzbox funk, shoestring doo-wop, and haunted, eerily hook-laden spirituals. Enclosed inside is a mountain of office-styled ephemera: two massive booklets brimming with detail on the Boddies and their artists; extensive notes and scores of unpublished photos; a complete detailed discography folio; reproduced fliers; and a Boddie greeting card—all rendered with the handcrafted charm that was the Boddie hallmark. The 4th cd has Sony Music Special Products as extra label and cat number A 24206. I remember this having a kind of OBI strip that would have had the barcode, but mine got lost in time.
