Steam Railway (2014)
Steam Railway issue 423 January 3-January 31 2014

Steam Railway magazine http://www.steamrailway.co.uk/

For more than 30 years Steam Railway has been at the forefront of the railway preservation movement, reporting all the latest news as and when it occurs. Whether it's happening on the main line or on preserved railways, this news, written by some of the most respected journalists in the industry, is backed up by stunning photography from equally well-respected lensmen. In addition, each issue contains a wide variety of informative and probing features that get to the heart of the present day steam scene, together with historical and archive material that makes Steam Railway a magazine you'll want to keep and refer back to again and again. Inside you'll also find our one-stop guide to forthcoming steam events, galas and main line railtours, along with reviews of the latest railway books and visual media. If you're interested in steam on the railways, you only need Steam Railway.

I think this is the magazine I used to get for the lyrics. Unfortunately I sent them all for church paper recycling as I ran out of space for a lot of my mags and comics. Glad someone has some still.

Headlights (1999)
The Bulletin is probably a little like ' Underground News' , the monthly LURS (http://www.lurs.org.uk/) publication covering London , but with the odd international comment where it relates to London in some past or present way. I had a whole pile of Underground News but sold them off without scanning before Magazines World was launched.

Paul has chosen a selection of internal pages , clearly to show links with our other interests of music ( Dave Clark interview , Discatron , Discotheque on Wednesday and Tom Jones on Friday). For regional issues were the 'general' contents list significantly different. Dont forget the British Newspaper Library (BL) should have copies of all of these , I think they are slowly putting them online.

Headlights (1999)
All ERA members receive an annual issue of Headlights, America’s premier journal dedicated to light rail transit, subways, interurbans, electric railroads and other forms of electric transportation around the world. Each full color, ad-free issue is packed with in-depth coverage contributed by leading writers and photographers in the transit field

ll ERA members receive monthly issues of The Bulletin, which consists primarily of news about New York-area transit, with additional reporting devoted to national and international systems. Sample covers from most issues since 2004 can be seen here.

Looks like every couple of years members tour europe , http://erausa.org/international-tours/

I would imagine some professionals and transport planning companies in the UK ( Atkins , etc ) , would get copy for their library and/or membership. Looks like at some time Headlights has become an annual publication , and Bulletin the monthly issue , much like some other transport interest groups or professional institutions around the world.
