annaloog ● 2nd Nov 2024		Vinyl Album Sandy Denny - Gold Dust (2022)	The label and sticker images were scanned from my copy, which I purchased on 23 Apr 2022 in Nashville, TN, and is thus a USA release (it was among the few remaining items, and the only LP I considered worth the sticker price). It was also listed as a US release (4500 copies available) for 2022 by recordstoreday.com. Considering that the disk was manufactured in Czech Republic I would expect that copies were also available for sale in Europe for RSD, but I don't know that for certain.

As W.B.lbl mentioned, the original (US) release is Capitol SAO 595 * ... somewhere I have two copies, which I found at the same thrift shop some 3 years apart. * Not to be confused with 'SWAO 595', the later stereo reissue.

annaloog ● 1st Aug 2024		Vinyl Album Jean Ritchie - Songs From Kentucky (1955)	The main and alternate labels should be swapped: this is a US Westminster release (WN 18021) of a UK Argo recording (RG 3 ?) ... oddly (I'd think) licensed to Westminster rather than released on UK Decca's US London label. The RCA Custom matrix prefix dates this to 1955.

Both the red and white labels are from the Leningrad factory (Ленинградский Завод). So much for reading the label info., hopefully it helps.

Oddly (considering I'd rummaged through thrift shop offerings for more than 30 years), I don't seem to have come across an earlier pressing.

Note the 'high fidelity' frequency range touted as "50~ - 15,000~" (hertz). IINM, the recordings are from DDR (East Germany): the Berlin Symphony Orchestra was based in the Soviet zone. The anonymous liner notes don't make that clear.
