The titles given are a re-naming of the orchestral compositions interpreted. A more detailed description of the tracks can be seen on the album cover.

I used to call it "In the Wake of Disipline", because like "Poseidon", both albums follow crowning crimso achievements and each album contains conscious echoes of its former record. And yes, I do hear a single.
