Notes

Although "Unicorn" is the third United Kingdom disc of 33.33 rpm that had featured the Tyrannosaurus Rex group members Marc Bolan and Steve Took, this was the first LP of this group that was issued in the United States by means of the Blue Thumb label. Furthermore, this was not only the final disc of which Mr. Took appeared, but also the final Regal Zonophone disc of 33.33 rpm that was both monaurally and stereofonically issued.

By means of the reverse jacket, both Bolan and Took were featured at a table where there were books that were relevant to the subject matter of the sixteen tunes of this disc. Sometime after this disc was issued, Bolan and Took had a dispute about the tunes that Took had composed for their next studio disc of 33.33 rpm. After Bolan had refused to include Took's compositions, Bolan had terminated Took.
