Leib And Seele - Kreuzberglied (1981)
It's been three years since these were submitted, and the original contributor has not been active since, so perhaps time to move them regardless?

Various Artists - Italo Remix Vol. 3 (1985)
Can I get an opinion on this one, as it seems a little unclear as to artist according to labels...

... Only the third track on side 1 seems to have a defined artist: Cruisin' Gang featuring Laura Fadinger, and side 2, whilst having no separate artist listings under any of the tracks, seems to be generally defined by the artist at the top of the label: Cyber People and Koto (Should this artist be listed for each track on side 2?).. or is the whole thing better left as Various Artists?

All VP Records label releases have now been made simply: VP, and are now included in that label discography.

Marcia Griffiths - Something Inside So Strong (1987)
Anyone know if Charmers Reggae group, Charmers Dub (Variations), and The Charmers, ought to be listed together?

(Anything to do with Lloyd Charmers (Chalmers)?)

If anyone is in the mood to image edit, could they give the lead image a turn 90 degrees right, consistent with other issues.

Thanks in advance :)

(Mod. comment: done)

I notice your copy is a promo (stamped on labels)... was the stock copy the same details wise, and should I therefore change this to promo, or leave it?

Al Campbell - Like You Girl (1979)
Ah, Thanks for that Judge!

...Figured I'd probably need to look out for a Lee Van Cleef too... and sure enough!

I'll come back to Al Campbell discography and tie it all together soon.

Do we have more than one Al Campbell here?

Review
Don't be fooled by appearances here...

...Looks like a pretty standard 80s bimb-exploitation disc, like many a young poplet of the time might be coerced / "nudged" into producing - on the face of it, the pictures look like those "Top Of The Pops" albums which have become now, strangely collectible....

... but actually, once you play this disc, there are more than a couple of surprises in store...

...Firstly, not knowing what this was, and only buying because:

a) it was cheap,

and:

b) it was a picture disc (I'm strangely ompelled to buy them if I see them, no matter what it might be),

...I had no idea it was a very famous version of a very famous song, which has quite a history in and of itself: Iko Iko (Wikipedia)>

"Oooh... I know that one!" :)

And so, also realising that this was not some (to me) obscure German starlet, but a Scottish pop star of some little renown, I also, through listening to these other tracks here, realised she has actually a fair talent for writing songs too!

... But this leads to the major surpise:

This disc sounds incredible!

My innate distrust of any vinyl other than straight up black vinyl has been blown out of the water by this...

(Usually, I don't buy coloured vinyl of pic discs for sound quality - "If it ain't black, it stays in the rack!" :)

... Albeit the songs themselves won't reinvent the wheel, with what they are, the production team has made them sound amazing... This is seriously good production and pressing, proper audiophile stuff!

Just goes to show, it's worth taking a punt every now and then.

(Makes up for all the times I've got burned buying an unknown disc on spec :)

Rush - Closer To The Heart (1978)
I have the disc like pinemonkey's scans, which is an early misprinted label correction:

The Silver (light coloured box) next to"45" on the label is there to cover up: "33 1/3", which actually shows through... and the "45" rather unceremoniously slapped on the label next to it.

Hawkmarty's scans show the (properly) corrected labels.

The Jacksons - Blame It On The Boogie (1978)
added in notes: "The Jacksons featuring Michael Jackson" so it shows up in a Michael Jackson search.

Cliff Richard - I Just Don't Have The Heart (1989)
This looks the same as the linked release T. o. D...

(same cat# on disc).

Go Mental - Eternal Flame (1996)
So Go Mental are both artist AND label?

...And makes this: (Artist) Go Mental: (Title) Eternal Flame - Go Mental 4?

Will do.

(mental note made of any further variations that may appear in future :)

You've Got Foetus On Your Breath - Wash It All Off (1985)
Suspecting that this might be the artist: Foetus (not all the extra wording in the artist name given), I searched for them...

...but like this one, each of them seems to be under an extended version of this name.

Although those entering them are technically correct by following label / sleeve artist names, should the artist simply be Foetus, on all records?

(Seems to be: Go Mental 4, by Eternal Flame)

Billy Squier - Love Is The Hero (Intro With Freddie Mercury) (1986)
tarkl!... could you post a comment here about your other promo impressed cover, so others can discuss whether it ought to be a separate French entry, or an export, or scans should be added here.

This may also have been released with the alternative band name: Yaz.

(Even with same cat etc.)

Yazoo - Only You (Extended Version) (1982)
Have added: (Extended Version) to both sides (just parenthesis on side 1), but will reconsider this if a label is uploaded without it, as per RadNotions comment.

(Although if two people who have copies with each can give times, and verify that the same version is on all copies, regardless of labels, then track will be edited to reflect this :)

Bruce Springsteen - Tougher Than The Rest (1988)
Yes, in hindsight, denim is not the best choice of material for underwear...

(The rivets - ouch!)

...I shall switch to velvet ones immediately :)

Bruce Springsteen - Tougher Than The Rest (1988)
I don't, as a rule, like the shouty stadium rawk variety of Spingsteenery...

it makes me want to burn all my denim.

...but away from all the "big" stuff, when he does more mournful and poignant stuff like this, I think he is genuinely great - we like you miserable boss!... stay that way :) -

And this really is good... and it is actually even better in the live version on the B side.... the extra space and atmosphere lends itself to the misery and self pity which is what's good about it.
