It's made in Holland, distributed by EMI Holland bv, and the cat# doesn't look very UK. The 'Detail' image could be removed once a decision has been made.

As with the 7" release the artwork on the sleeve was intended for a different B side (Nightmare Zero). The track details on the back of the sleeve are printed on a thin full width sticker near the bottom.

I'm not sure how many 12" singles Good Vibrations issued, but I think this is the only one I've got. I've put the label as 'Good Vibrations International' largely because of the cat# prefix GVIGOT, but it possibly should be 'Good Vibrations Music' . Good Vibrations on sleeve, Good Vibrations Music on Label.
