[edit] Have just noticed the label and sleeve don't agree about the producer credits on side B. One of them was produced, by "Gil Norton, Gary and Eddie" but it's listed as B1 on the sleeve, B2 on the label.

Since posting the initial comment I've now realised what I've got could be posted as a white label in its own right. There's something eye-ruiningly small etched/scratched into the each run-out - though it definitely seems to be different. I'll try to identify when I get the opportunity to look at it in strong daylight.
Scratchy45 9th Feb 2013		12" Single Tommy James And The Shondells - Pye Big Deal 4 Tracks: 4 Hits (1977)	"Crimson and Clover" at full length on 12" 45 = a particular kind of sonic heaven in my universe. Perhaps an exception to the usual reasons for a 12" release, but a very fine one.
