I changed that to 'Republic [Universal]' and changed this entry to go in there as it more properly reflects the fact that this Republic was an imprint of Universal.

I also think that the label is wrong; Resco was an abbreviation for 'Reserved Copyright', which I imagine is/was the equivalent of the UK's 'Copyright Control'. It's already on Cat http://www.45cat.com/record/661133601, but the sleeve image needs moving over (we can't move the ownership - suggest a PM to the original submitter here).

When I was modding there last week, I queried the submitter about the diameter, and he confirmed that it is 10". I then advised him to submit it here; irrespective of the material, it's still 10".
TheJudge 8th Dec 2019		12" Single Ultravox - The Thin Wall (1981)	What this indicates is that it was a Polygram pressing. Quite a few 12"s on Polydor from that time were French imports with the same features (e.g. that black vinyl circle at the centre). See POSPX 194 for another example.
