RadoxTheGreen 2nd Apr 2013		Sorry about the grubby state of the cover, the white cardboard hasn't survived well. In my opinion Calibre cuts was a truly awful record. One or two tracks were salvageable for the dancefloor if you did your own mixing in and out of them, but most of the changes from one track to the next were disjointed and amateurish. It says it all, that even the record company called them "segments" not mixes, and nobody was owning up on the label to being the one connecting those "segments" together (although I believe it was Morgan Khan). The use of (presumably) session musicians for the last five tracks made it look like they had given up on the whole mixing idea altogether about halfway through, and just grabbed some passing musicians to play the rest of it. I'm not sure if the dead wax message is desperate hope or if somebody has a sarcastic streak.
