B. Devotion were the group Sheila formed in the disco era. She had been releasing records for a long time in France mainly as "Sheila", but the record companies have given her various credits on her labels (SB Devotion, Sheila B Devotion). To complicate things even more, at one point she was promoted as Sheila B. Devotion in the UK, while Sheila & B. Devotion in France. I think Spacer was the last of the "& B.Devotion" records. After that she went back to just Sheila when she fell out with Carrere.
I have this record, but cat.# is CAR 128 T, an original 1979 WEA Records distributed copy.
Supplied in a full colour enclosed sleeve (almost an LP sleeve), exactly as here.
The name of the group on my copy is Sheila And (&) B. Devotion, not as above, so I'm assuming that this copy above here might be a later variant.
I've found a likely fit, a 1984 reissue Precision Records & Tapes Ltd. (Pye) distributed, shown here, but the cat.# CART 128 is used, so I don't know about the cat.# CARV128T above.
Should I submit a separate entry for the copy I have?
