 This is the "real" promo. The counterfeit (bootleg) is listed on it's own (see linked release) anhd defined as "bootleg". I also tried to define the difference there...

 If it's a bootleg we should list it as so (with added Notes explaining why).

EDIT: I understand now, this version is not a bootleg. :-)

 Counterfeit (see linked release) from Italy (labelled as USA of course) exists. Hard to define. Experts help!
