White label promo with "Promotion Copy Not For Sale" and "For Radio Programming Only" printed on the labels. Record has an approx 2.75" pressing ring. Later bootlegged with a small pressing ring: Moonlight Lovin' (Mènage Á Trois) / Stranger In Paradise.

Comes in a title sleeve which is blank on back.

The B-side is definitely a shorter mix than the LP version which is 10:07. The A-side is 10:02 on the LP, so is only a marginally different length or just a timing error.
