First Issue Terence Stamp Cover.
Later Second Issue With Morrissey On The Front Cover
Terence Stamp at first denied permission for his picture to be used on the front cover, hence a new version with Morrissey on the front holding a glass of milk instead of a chloroform pad.

TopPopper 12th Apr 2020		The only time Mozza was pictured on the front of a Smiths record sleeve.
TheJudge 16th May 2017		I've just tried to merge the two entries, and something screwy has happened. The Terence Stamp front cover image has disappeared and there are two Morrissey images instead. (Edit: Erm, no they haven't. It's just that the two images look so alike in thumbnail)
TopPopper 15th May 2017		I suppose so, although they are seen as two distinct issues by collectors, even though the cat number is unchanged. It's a sort-of famous bit of Smiths-ology that the cover was switched.
TheJudge 15th May 2017		Shouldn't the two entries under RTT 146 be combined? The only difference is the front sleeve, and the info about the difference (and why) could be put in Notes.
