DeLaWarr 19th Aug 2020 | | 78 RPMEdgar Cassady And The Dixie Rhythm Boys - Will You Love Me Darling / Dixie Special | Ted Prillaman owned this label, then late 50s changed the name to Libertytone, then again to Mart. There were two Mart labels in Virginia (Salem, Virginia - George McGraw), and Mart, Martinsville, Virginia - Ted Prillaman. There was never any conflict between the two different label owners.

DeLaWarr 19th Aug 2020 | | 78 RPMBrammer Brother's And The Virginia Partener's - Tell Me Truly Little Darling / Virginia Waltz | Why is this posted at start of label listing. It should be after 210 (1951 for the date). It's a red label...I will post scans.

DeLaWarr 10th Dec 2018 | | 78 RPMBud Deckelman With The Daydreamers - Daydreamin' / Let's Not Pretend | I collected the Meteor Label both 45s and 78s back in the 1970s, and had almost every record on both 45 and 78. I got a number of them out of radio stations and never saw a DJ copy ever. I wonder if its not a bootleg. I had only the second copy ever found of Meteor 5008 Chicago Sunny Boy - Love You Baby / On The Floor. I found my copy in North Carolina. I had all of the Blues and Rockabilly sides on the label.

DeLaWarr 12th Aug 2018 | | Vinyl AlbumVarious Artists - Teen Dance Time | I have the LP
A1 is Beatle Maids
A2 is Bill Haley
A3 is Sonny Til
A4 is Surfaris
A5 is Dick Dale
B1 is Joey Dee
B2 is Crescendos
B3 is Neil Sedaka
B4 is Angels...mis-titled should be Cry, Baby, Cry
B5 is Harptones
I'm certain this is correct...compare artist and songs with 45cat on the ones that others had a question mark on. Sonny Til, Surfaris, etc, Neil Sedaka is when he was with the Tokens 1950s before his solo career. I listened to each song too.
The pressing is terrible for these LPs, Crown was noted for their 1960s pressings to be terrible too...with ground up paper in the wax etc. Crowns LPs from the 1950s were much better...esp the red wax ones.
I did post The Beatle Maids on Youtube...as I'm sure it's the only way it ever came out.
Phil Flowers (listed on cover) is the artist that is not on the LP

DeLaWarr 19th Feb 2018 | | 78 RPMJoséphine Baker - La Petite Tonkinoise / J'ai Deux Amours | Added scans of this record. Which set of scans is the first pressing? Maybe the first scans were records used in England, and my scans were for records used in France. Both sets have London as to where they were pressed.
