Diosma 11th Jan 2024		Cinema Lisztomania (1975)	This is a film that must be seen. If I attempted to describe or review it.... well, I would fail to do justice to it or you would fail to believe it. Instead, let me quote from Roger Ebert's review from October 1975: "Ken Russell's "Lisztomania" has little, if anything, to do with the life and music of Franz Liszt - or of Wagner, Beethoven, Chopin and the other unfortunates it tramples on the way to its manic conclusion. No, this isn't a biography, not even in the sense that Russell ravaged poor Tchaikovsky in "The Music Lovers." It's a berserk exercise of demented genius, and on that level (I want to make my praise explicit) it functions and sometimes even works. Most people will probably despise. it."

Diosma 14th Apr 2020		CD Single Tori Amos - Glory Of The 80's	Nice screw-up on this release. Firstly, the song "Blue Raincoat" probably refers to "Famous Blue Raincost", which was written by Leonard Cohen; "Twinkle" is a Tori Amos song from the "Boys For Pele" album, but this is all moot. The tracks that play are live versions of "Baker Baker" (from "Under The Pink") and "Winter" (from "Little Earthquakes"). Or, at least, that's what my copy plays. It does have the track listing above but...
