fredhoyt 1st May 2020		78 RPM Johnny Desmond - By The River Seine / Woman	Added commercial record label scans. "B" Track Song Title AND Composers are incorrect on the commercial label. Matrix #85207 is correct... "Woman" is the "A" Track, tracks need to be switched. I'm not sure what Coral did on this.. The title ("The River Seine") and composers (LaFarge, Roberts, Holt) are correct (for that song), but the music on the record is "By The River Seine" composed by Silver, Sherman and Lewis. The recording "The River Seine" is on a Doris Day 78 38611, and is a completely different song.

Was it a different "B" Track to get more royalties? Were they pushing "Shaga, Shuga, Shuffle" to get another hit (and more royalties for "Twilight Time")? Hmm..?

One of the scans should be moved up the queue.

Posted a correction for BROTHERS' instead of Brothers (added possession apostrophe), then noticed that the Composers were different also (first name added to surname) -- maybe there is a different label with different information on it? Anyway, my copy added with different information for Artist and Composers...

fredhoyt 5th Apr 2020		78 RPM Doris Day With Harry James - The Very Thought Of You / Limehouse Blues	fixbutte, I just wish the mods were consistent with Artist's listings.. there is one other Doris Day record from the "Man With A Horn" album listed on 78cat -- that one credits Doris Day With Harry James. The other two Doris Day (+?) records have yet to be added, so no credit given yet. It would seem to me that to be consistent Doris Day would be listed as the Artist, and "with Harry James and his Orchestra" in the notes, or. as 45cat has them listed -- Doris Day With Harry James And His Orchestra (on all four sides). fixbutte, thanks for the consistency -- when I get to the other two records in the set I will add them as Doris Day And Harry James (against my will) LOL

The "Artist" (according to the scans I added) should be Doris Day NOT Doris Day And Harry James -- this is unless the original poster (Groovy) has knowledge of a label that states Doris Day And Harry James are the Artist(s) of the "A" Track. Does that make sense?
