All came together. (Front cover is the same as sladesounds scan)

Album title track Sunday And Me (released as a single by Jay And The Americans in the US in October 1965) was a first penned success for a then fairly unknown (singer-) songwriter who you could say had a rather large career in front of him - Mr. D. (Hardly a sports fan in the world doesn't sing along with him these days .....!).
