Kevin Walsh1 17th Jun 2024 | | Vinyl AlbumDave Davies - The Album That Never Was | I uploaded a sleeve image that’s better-cropped, and with more realistic colors than the pinkish one here. The sleeve’s background color is an odd purplish gray. I also added an unstickered liner image, but my camera introduced an unexpected moire effect.

Kevin Walsh1 31st May 2024 | | Vinyl AlbumRay Stevens - The Feeling’s Not Right Again | I was surprised to see that this bargain-bin staple (which includes a single that reached #11 on the AC charts) hadn’t been entered until now. This final WB album reprised these previously-released tracks:
A3 and B4 from 1976’s “Just For The Record.”
A2, A4, and B2 from 1977’s “Feel The Music.”
A5, B1, B3, and B5 from 1978’s “Be Your Own Best Friend.”

|
Kevin Walsh1 30th May 2024 | | Vinyl AlbumJohn Mayall's Bluesbreakers - The Diary Of A Band | Is “Gimme Some Lovin” shown in quotes and lower case because it’s a snippet heard on the venue’s PA system, or because the band warmed up with it?
Without that track, the remaining six cuts were released in the US in 1971, and just the two cuts on side one run over 24 minutes:

Kevin Walsh1 21st May 2024 | | Vinyl AlbumRobin Gibb - Walls Have Eyes | Was there just one universal European pressing? There is no stated country of manufacture. I notice the LC code on this, which I’m used to seeing on German pressings - and there is no German pressing of this entered yet.

Kevin Walsh1 20th May 2024 | | Vinyl AlbumBob Dylan - Street-Legal | @thegreatbear96 “Baby…” was a July 1978 single release, followed by “Changing…” in October 1978. So the sticker which mentions only “Baby…” would be earlier.

Kevin Walsh1 19th May 2024 | | Vinyl AlbumBetty Everett - It's In His Kiss | Did it really take a full year for this to be issued in the UK, given the 1964 publication date on the label, and its 1964 release in the Netherlands?

Kevin Walsh1 19th May 2024 | | Vinyl AlbumRavi Shankar - Three Ragas | @robozuc thanks for the info.
That label is World Pacific (not Pacific World).
My puzzlement over the two 1966-67 issues is this: an artist usually has an exclusive contract with one label, or the master of a given work is owned by one company. But in this case World Pacific (owned by Liberty) and Capitol (owned by EMI) were issuing the same material almost simultaneously. I imagine that these old EMI recordings had been offered to Capitol first, as the 1957 Angel release shows. But Shankar then had a steady series of US World Pacific albums, some consisting of older material licensed from EMI, and some newly recorded in L.A.
