This is quite realistic, because Ken Mullan was with Transistor until 1987 and then switched to Shamrock. The label number is one of the earlier ones at Shamrock, the label was probably only on the market with vinyl editions from 1988 to 1992. If the spelling "Groen koring lande" of track A8 is correct, I can't say because there was no back cover or label pictures posted there either. The original by Ben E. Madison is called "Groen koringlande" (Green wheat fields).
