The film "Wake Up and Live" in which Jack Haley (dubbed by Buddy Clark) sang "Never In A Million Years" had its premiere not before 16 July in France and 23 August 1937 in the USA. This is the first recording of the song. Also for "There's A Lull In My Life" this is the first recording, in the movie the song was sung by Alice Faye. Ruth Etting recorded it on April 1, 1937.
