There's an apple label side 1 "yellow submarine - the Beatles" Sw1-153. side 2 "yellow submarine - original film music score composed and orchestrated by George Martin. SW2-153. There's no year anywhere to be found. It looks just like the US version of 1969 but its printed in Canada with the Canadian jacket "(ER) Printed in Canada" near bottom left corner of front cover close to the spine. Recorded in England Mfd by apple records inc. Jacket says un lower corner right in the back : Manufactured and distributed in Canada by Capitol records (Canada) LTD. Early editions are RCA-pressed, early copies use Scranton metal parts. Early editions in loose gatefold wrap, Capitol/Pathe inner sleeves. A Parrs MONO sleeve appeared sometime after June 1966 and covers have «File Under: The Beatles» instead of the USA «File Under: Beatles».

Pepper with a custom inner sleeve, using either a company sleeve or no inner sleeve at all. MFD. IN CANADA BY CAPITOL RECORDS (CANADA) LTD. – REGISTERED USER. COPYRIGHTED. Early copies of mono pressings of the album featured the mistake title "A little Help From My Friends". The Mistake was soon corrected to "With A Little Help From My Friends". (early editions are Compo-pressed with Parrs logo on rear sleeve and cutout sheet, possibly due to artistic control exerted by Peter Blake /Jann Howarth) (early editions in loose gatefold wrap, with or without Capitol/Pathe inner sleeve as opposed to the red and white art inner sleeve that was used by Capitol in the USA) (discs are mastered in Canada, original stereo is scarcer than mono)

Catalog No. "PMCM 1202" was printed at the right corner of the front cover. The cover features the correct colour back and there is NO Angus McBean credit on the front bottom right. Housed in a twin-flipback printed cover (half laminated printed cover.). Catalog No. "PMCM 1202" was printed at the right corner of the flip. Print using only the black ink. "COVER PHOTO: ANGUS McBEAN" credit on the back bottom left. "Copyright subsists in all records by virtue of the Australian Copyright Act 1912-1933 and New Zealand Copyright Act. 1913. All rights under Copyright law are reserved." credit on the back bottom. Company name "His Master's Voice (N.Z.) Ltd." was printed at the bottom.
