Problem Child 30th Nov 2016		12" Single Crisis - On T.V.	Label images added. I didn't get a cover with this, reduced price because, so no more info other than what's on the label available. Like an LP. but a 12'' 45 rpm record. Only saw them once, a year before hand, a bit more lively than this record though.

Rat Scabies told me about this at a Ruts gig at The Marquee 3 weeks before... seemed he told everyone else too judging by the amount of people about when I got there. Didn't seem that packed once inside though. But I was squashed down the front for quite a while just before they came on with no chance of getting to the bar and it was HOT! I'm still here now, so...

So happy to have been there, probably my last London gig before I move and one of my all-time fav Bands too! Captain was a tour-de-force on that guitar all evening and Dave running about like it was years ago... Could've have gone on for longer with such a back catalog to choose from, with much of the first album being played - bliss! They didn't do 'Problem Child' though... As can be seen, support was Penetration.

Problem Child 18th Nov 2016		Vinyl Album The Beatles - Live At The Hollywood Bowl	Gate-fold sleeve with picture inner sleeve. Tracks 5-8 on side 2 are listed as 'Bonus Tracks'. Really heavy-weight vinyl, don't know when I'll get time to scan this. Titles have the years recorded written by them in brackets, maybe I should've put that above... Here is:- Side 1:- A1; 1965. I had to leave early due to me not knowing the Damned were coming on really late - well after my last bus! Still, I got a poster of the gig from the wall on the way out, and hopefully one day I will add it here. BTW, they were actually billed as 'The Doomed' for this gig.

This was filmed for some program which I don't know of, but have never seen any clips from it. They started by filming all of us queuing up outside and paying as we walked in. Poor old Hazel... got a bad reception from the punks, well it wasn't her type of gig, glasses being thrown etc. I think part of it or a night shortly after was filmed for the film 'Breaking Glass' and some people I knew were in it.
Problem Child 11th Nov 2016		Live Music The Ruts @ The Archway Tavern	Entrance was £1. Got a free 'Do it' record label badge on entry! Venue, a room above a pub, was half full, The Ruts were brilliant this night.

Problem Child 11th Nov 2016		Live Music The Lurkers @ The Marquee Club [Soho]	Tickets were £1. 50p. The Lurkers were a late minute change to the line-up. Head-line was supposed to be The Undertones. Reading in 'Sounds' music paper later that week, this was said to be due to the Undertones being involved in a road accident and the drummer was killed. Boy, did I feel bad about enjoying myself the previous Sunday... The next week 'Sounds' apologised for their source getting the info wrong...

Problem Child 11th Nov 2016		Live Music The Damned @ The Electric Ballroom	Ticket price was £1. 50P. This was the night that Lemmy of Motorhead joined them on stage.
Problem Child 11th Nov 2016		Live Music The Damned @ The Electric Ballroom	This was the night that the first 250 people in got the 'Dodgy Demo' - 'Love Song/Burglar' signed 7'' single. They did the same at Croydon (- where else...) the following night, also giving away 250 copies. The gig was marred by violence from 'bouncers'. Bassist Algy Ward got pulled off stage and ended up fighting in the bar during the set! For more info see my comments in 45cat of the singles comments. It was only two members of the Hot Rods - can't remember what name they went under. Ticket price was £2. Got a piece of Dave's shirt when he threw it out to the crowd - it's still in the sleeve with my single... I think they were still going as The Doomed at this point, I made a number of badges with that name on and was hoping to sell them at the gig. But a last minute change of name back to the Damned, made them redundant - still, I sold a few!

This was the night that you got a free 'Picture Flexi Disc' of the Lurkers' 'Chaos Brothers' single as included with the recent re-issue of 'Ain't Got A Clue'.

I got a 'guest list' pass for about 6 of us as I'd got beaten up by bouncers at the venue at an Ants gig 2 weeks before. All I have in my 'Gig Folder' as support is the Mo-dettes - don't remember seeing anyone else. Back to the same venue the following night to see the Mo-dettes support The Selecter - who were brilliant ! Entrance was £2 ...
