Santiago Molinero Sisto 18th May 2024		Vinyl Album Paul Nero Sounds - Nero’s Soul Party	Next album to this one is the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang soundtrack on United Artists Records. The number may vary from 5048 to 6048. This is due to the Estereo kind. Originally, EMI suppliers made a difference between mono and stereo by the first number. 5XXX for mono and 6XXX for Stereo. In the 70s this system was drop and it was started to being used the “S” prefix for stereo. Notice that the number is consecutive, but no the X letter.

This album, under catalog 5035, has a continuation on Parlophone, with another album the 5036/6036. https://www.45worlds.com/vinyl/album/5036ar In the 60s the 5XXX meant Monophonic LPs, and 6XXX stereophonic LPs. This was used in A&M records, Liberty, Parlophone, United Artists and more labels. In the 70s it was started to use to “S” prefix for “Stereo” albums. Sometimes it was followed by a “X” or a “C”. This was used for no reason, but sometimes goers were the key to understand this system. They could be gatefolds.

S.A.I.C. begin to credit “The Decca Record Company limited” as the one which gives them the license to press any records of Deram, London or any label they owned until the Phonogram or Polygram purchase of Decca (UK)
