An atmosphere of charm and optimism pervades every second of this glorious item.O. K., the song's silly, but that doesn't detract from the inherent message of happiness and joy.

Roy Eberle doesn't quite make it, but he has the right idea. Perhaps the principle exponent of this art was Connie Francis.
