Continental 100 - image added of later variant of A-side (#2). Probably there are 3 label variants, just as described for 101. The original labels (#1), with the titles in lower case, are in discogs. Composer P.D. Vich mentioned on #1, Gabor on #2. This #2 A-side has the title in narrow font, and thus is similar to 101 #3.

Continental 101 - label variant added with the title in lower case. This is the original issue (#1). Note that #1 mentions composer P.D. Vich, who is replaced on variant #2 by Arr. D.H. Gabor. And then I saw that the images on archive (where the music can be heard) are a 3rd variant, with the upper case titles in narrow font, and with B-side composer V. Horton (can you follow it?).
