In this OK 4000 series this is the last issue with a comma in the bottom text; note also the narrow font of the credit. Is it possible that OK used 2 pressing plants?

Labels without 'Made in England' are the original label and can be moved up. The last known release without 'Made in England' is 143 (but 144-145 have not been seen). Repressings of 100-134 do not get A/B-sides.

Note that these 3rd ed. images show different label types (see bottom text), but this may be on all copies. Does the exact release date shown here refer to this later coupling or to the first edition? - The less clear image of the 3rd ed. A-side can be hidden.
