jscaptura 22nd Jun 2017 | | 78 RPM[no artist listed] - Nobody Knows The Trouble I've Seen / Talking Doll Soundtrack 3x | And ideas what I have here? Neither side appears to be related to the other. The side with music has a stamped number, while the other side has a scribed number. The record is a pressing, not a transcription. Both recordings sound to be electric, not acoustic, and the doll side has what sound like cue 'ticks' during the "Happy Birthday" recording. It also sounds to be the same take repeated three times.
My speculation is that this is a one-off that someone made at a pressing plant, but I have no evidence. I don't even know which bin of records this was in when I bought it.
This one has me stumped, and I certainly would love to know that I have.

jscaptura 29th May 2017 | | 78 RPMVictor Symphony Orchestra - Peer Gynt Suite No. 1 (1926) | I feel the need to explain that I had nothing to do with the condition of the labels on this record. A previous owner (a library) placed stickers on the label, and then either they, or a new owner,
attempted to remove them when the record was discarded from the library. It saddens me to see this.
