Woody Herman - Golden Wedding / Caldonia (1945)
I remember "Skyliner" as the great opening theme for AFN Radio's "Midnight in Munich" which I used to listen to on medium waves... It was mostly old-fashioned swing music as I remember. As an alternative, there was an AFN 'SHAPE' FM station near the place I lived, in Rocquencourt: very hip programming -- Perry Como, Doris Day.... ;o)

Orchestre Salabert - J'Aime Les Femmes (de l'Opérette "Un Soir De Réveillon") (1932)
Thanks carryonsidney, this a sales site (I know that guy). Alas, there are too few records to find the good one but I'm sure I'll find the answer some day.
I added a (mismatched) 'FranciSalabert' sleeve which I had discarded.

Hi getalife,

I know a little about French Pathé, but nothing about British (or American) Pathé. I don"t know if Scala was affiliated, sorry :o(

Orchestre Salabert - J'Aime Les Femmes (de l'Opérette "Un Soir De Réveillon") (1932)
I've found an adjoining matrix number: 1290, recorded by Orchestre des Studios Salabert. Perhaps it's the same band....
FranciS Salabert it should be, see here (that's the only example I've found):

Orchestre Salabert - J'Aime Les Femmes (de l'Opérette "Un Soir De Réveillon") (1932)
That's a website about their publishing activities, but I don't see any info about old records ? I think the label's full name is 'Éditions Francis Salabert' and I've seen some Maurice Chevalier records of that kind.

It's perfectly alright, W.B.lbl, and you can get rid of my initial pix.

Only when there is colored vinyl or a special kind of 45 adapter do I feel the need to keep them.
