MarvGo 12th Nov 2024		78 RPM The Four Tons Of Rhythm - The Dog, The Cat And Me / I Can't Believe (Your Still In Love With Me) (1947)	The title of the B side is a mess. It's the 1926 standard whose title is "I Can't Believe That You're In Love With Me". On the A side, the vocalist's name should be "Jim Daddy Walker", not "Jim (Dandy) Walker".
MarvGo 5th Mar 2023		78 RPM Jimmy Grissom - Once There Lived A Fool / I'll Still Keep Loving You (1951)	Actually, Jimmy Grissom wouldn't join Duke Ellington's band until December of 1951.
MarvGo 6th Feb 2023		78 RPM Lee Norman - Litta Bitta Momma / Whoe-ee Blues (1947)	His real name was Allen Thomas. He was very popular in Cleveland from the 1930s through the 1950s as a singer and an MC. Not really a musician, he constructed something that looked like a saxophone, but had a kazoo in the mouthpiece.
MarvGo 23rd Dec 2021		78 RPM Cats 'N Jammer Three - I Cover The Water-Front / Jockey Blues (1945)	Could the owner of one of the red label copies tell me what the master numbers in the dead wax are (109/110 as on the labels, or 199/200)? For some reason, they re-recorded the same two tunes three months after the initial session and two months after they'd already been released. Those are the versions that ended up on the 1953 release on Mercury 70205, but there's a possibility that they also incorrectly made it to versions of 2003. Thanks, Marv Goldberg
