Eddie Cantor - Cheer Up (1931)
It's release date was 1931. Durium records were made through the depression of the 30s. Being cardboard meant they were able to produce and sell them cheaply. They often used songs in the public domain so they didn't have to pay royalties on most of their releases. Phil Spitalny was a regular default choice for Hit of The Week when they wanted an artist to record one of these. I guess he worked cheap (or for food or something like that).
