Swoop78 25th Mar 2021 | | 78 RPMMr. Harry Cove - The Wedding Glide / How D'Ye Do Miss Ragtime (1913) | This is a German export to the UK, produced following a split between the Berolina Company in Germany and William Barraud, the importer in the UK. The Latter produced Invicta records in the UK until May 1914, when, following a court order to stop him using the name, he changed to " Guardsman ". All UK Barraud produced Invicta recordings have the dark blue label, whereas the German exports continued with this pale blue and red. Hence, there can be two records on the Invicta label with the same catalogue no., but different titles, and different coloured labels.
