“Bruce Wallace” was a pseudonym for Lewis James (1892-1959), a prolific tenor vocalist who worked solo and as part of groups, including the Shannon Quartet and Revelers. The bulk of his recording career took place between 1916 and the early 30s.
Justin Ring (1876-1962, né Justus Ringleben) worked as a house conductor and musician for Otto Heineman’s General Phonograph Company (OKeh) from the time of its founding in 1918 until 1930 or so, several years after its sale to Columbia. (His September 1918 draft card gives “Heineman Phonograph Co.” as his employer.) Later recordings were made for Brunswick, Victor and Decca.
