From Charlie Cracie's Autobiography:-
Cadillac opened January1950 in Detroit by Park Avenue Music Publishing. Run by Singer/Songwriter and former bandleaders Jerry Harris and Graham Prince. By summer 1951 Charles Boulanger becomes president and Graham Prince as musical director. Label moved to New York. The labels nearest claim to fame was a cover version of the big Johnnie Ray opus "Cry". The tune was a monster but Cadllac's version fell by the wayside
