Biography - Nation's Forum USA Founded by St. Louis, MO, attorney Guy Golterman, with cooperation of the U.S. State Department, in 1918, the Nation's Forum was a label aiming to preserve the voices of statesmen and prominent leaders. The label used the Columbia Graphophone Co. in New York to record and press its releases.
