The Edison Blue Amberol Series were four minute cylinders produced in various languages. Many items were re-releases of the earlier Edison Amberol series, but using different numbers.

In the USA they were released between November 1912 and June 1929.

The catalogue numbering scheme was generally related to the language and country of origin, although that did not exclude the release of more popular items outside of their indicated countries.

The range 22001 to 22595 is extremely mixed and almost continuous (some numbers are said to be unreleased) so may represent Edison's classification of an 'Any other country' range.
