On German releases the "Cat No." is called "Bestell No.", and that number is the same on both sides of the record. Each label side also had an individual "Katalog No." (catalog number). The "Bestell No." system was introduced in May 1912. If a "Bestell No." appears on the release please use it as Catalog#. If no "Bestell No." is present on the record, use both matrix numbers as single Catalog#s.
