Biography - Opera Disc Company USA New York-based label active from April 1921-March 1923. Released records manufactured by Polyphonwerke in Hannover, Germany, that used matrices originally belonging to Victor and The Gramophone Co., Ltd. which had been confiscated by Germany as enemy alien property during World War I.
