The label was started and owned by radio shop salesman Bernie Adams of 831 Maxwell Street, Chicago Illinois. Only two 78s were ever issued. The first record number <711> was chosen for the two lucky numbers 7 and 11. The label was christened after artist Johnny Young's wife's first name.
