Label Story
Independent label Started July 1945 located in Hollywood, CA, run by J.F. Bard and Franz Green. Birwell Corp bought out original owners in late 1946. Recording licence revoked for non payment of royalties and filed for bankruptcy April 1947
Pan-American employee Robert Gray bought the bankrupt label's masters and artist licences.and began suing their best artist John Laurenz, who had already gone over to Mercury
