Biography - Tennessee USA Opened late 1949 and owned by Alan Bubis, Reynold Bubis, Howard Allison and William Beasley. Suddenly struck gold with Del Wood but now were in the Musicians Union's bad books and had been listed as a company not recommended to work for. This meant that artists could consider their contracts with the company as terminated - Del Wood recorded four sides for Decca causing a court-case where Tennessee unsuccessfully claimed damages from Decca.
