Len Maurice - BiographyLen Maurice (1900-1952), "The Whispering Baritone", was a very popular singer and one of Australia's best known radio personalities. He was also brother to another popular radio personality, Meg McSpeerin ("Auntie Mag"), of radio station 2HC. One of the first artists to make gramophone recordings for the Columbia Gramophone Company in Australia, Len is best remembered through popular iconic Australian songs, such as ‘Our Don Bradman’, 'Hustling Hinkler', and 'Kingsford Smith - Aussie Is Proud Of You'.
