hello i have just started to collect a few 78rpm records, i like dance bands and comedy and some of the better known classics, i play them on a 1921 hmv gramophone, i also have a hacker gondolier on which i play my 45rpms of which 1950s and 60s are my chioce.quick update, i purchased an edison standard phonograph and some 50 cylinders during the summer, not such quality sound as the gramophone, but very interesting.
