Shirley Abicair - I'd Love To Fall Asleep (And Wake Up In Your Arms) / Your Mother And Mine
Hi Russell, your London label pressing is a US release; many thousands of US London records were pressed in the UK. At that time, the London label was only used in the UK for North American artists, so any UK, European or Australian artists (Shirley Abicair was Australian) didn't need to be released on London in the UK, Europe, Africa and most of the Commonwealth; it was because Decca had sold their interest in their US subsidiary Decca Records Inc. during WW2 that they started London in the US in 1947 for release of their British and other artists, and had a small US roster for a few years after that.

The Platters - It's Raining Outside / I Wish
Presumably a 1958 release, like the linked UK release with the same catalogue number.

Frankie Laine - Doris Day
Make that "any previous Columbia or CBS LP or CD"; Prague Frank's discography shows that many (all?) of these sides were on Bear Family CD's (Columbia sessions start at session 128, 4 April 1951 - and Prague Frank seriously needs to reformat that discography to make it easier to read!).

Isn't "Sugarbush" the A-side, and the higher matrix number just represents the order of recording? Anyway, "How Lovely Cooks The Meat" is now included on a 59-track digital collection released today, COLUMBIA SESSIONS (1951-1955); a lot of hit sides seem to be missing at first glance, so perhaps this collection gathers together tracks that aren't on any previous LP or CD.

The Andrews Sisters - Lullaby Of Broadway / We Just Couldn't Say Good-Bye
Why was this entered as Brunswick? It's clearly Decca.
