I believe this was the last 78 issued on Vogue Coral in the UK before it became Coral.
That is probably where the confusion has arisen as initial batches were issued in November 1957 on Vogue Coral and later represses from later in the month into December and beyond were in Coral.

Same variant fonts as on Decca 78s, so that probably shows they were pressing Brunswick too.
That’s probably because Decca “owned” U.K. Brunswick, Coral, London and RCA amongst others…and thus their plants pressed records for these companies during this period. This is also why the sleeves for these companies follow the same pattern too.
I believe that they were special order from Decca (who also pressed up London and RCA) by 1960...although Embassy (Woolworths) actually pressed them up into 1961.
The Elvis Presley version is actually called, "Milkcow Blues Boogie" NOT "Milkcow Boogie Blues" as erroneously referenced by fixbutte...Ricky Nelson and Eddie Cochran also covered the song - Ricky in a style similar to Elvis' definitive rockabilly version and Eddie in more of a rock 'n' roll style.
